These terms govern your use of Fabric Length, operated by B.Ready Solutions. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Fabric Length provides tools for configuring and presenting length-based product pricing and ordering in a Shopify store. You are responsible for checking product settings, prices, taxes, inventory, shipping and order details before fulfilling orders.
Merchant responsibilities
You must use the app lawfully, maintain an eligible Shopify store, provide accurate product information and keep access to your store secure. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans, trials and billing cycles are displayed before approval and charged through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel by uninstalling the app or managing the subscription through Shopify. Shopify's billing and refund rules also apply.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will provide notice when appropriate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fabric Length and B.Ready Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by incorrect merchant configuration, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
