Information we process

When a merchant installs or uses Fabric Length, we may process:

• the merchant's Shopify store domain and app installation details;
• authorised Shopify account and session information needed to authenticate the app;
• product, variant, price and product metafield information required to configure length-based selling; and
• technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the app.

Fabric Length does not request protected customer data and does not use merchant or customer information for advertising.

How information is used

We use this information only to provide app functionality, authenticate authorised users, maintain security, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information is processed through Shopify and our hosting provider, Render, where necessary to operate the app. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Retention and deletion

App authentication sessions are deleted when Shopify notifies us that the app has been uninstalled. Limited technical or transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. Our service providers may process information in countries outside the merchant's own country, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
